Extensive Reading #5

The emotion which I felt when I was reading this chapter was surprise. Because the fact was worse than what I had thought.
In the last chapter, the author said that incentive makes the problem worse, but The fact which is described in this chapter is that incentive also causes cheating. The author mentions that cheating is essential human behavior. In addition, even though the job which should regulate the students who are cheating basically is a teacher, some teachers are doing cheating in order to obtain incentive.

  1. Interesting! That section surprised me too, but when I thought about it the way the authors explained it, it really did make sense.

  2. Interesting! I thought 'Is cheating essential human behavior?' before seeing the chart. I don't want to admit it, but I agree that human beings are hard up for rewards. Even though they have to do wrong things such as cheating, they will do it if they can get rewards for results.
