In this chapter, the author tries to explain from Paul Heldman’s experiment about a payment of Bagel what is caused to mankind by everyone's cheating. His experiment is that he analyses the successful rate of collecting bagel's fee on self service in some companies' office, and he tries to show which company is likely to commit white collar crime. As a result, he has succeeded in detecting proneness of the rate which is calculated from each year, each company and each personality.
